As Founder of Cethron Properties, Rob Adatto considers ensuring the best customer service and providing oversight and guidance for realty and customer transactions his greatest responsibilities.
Adatto has been actively involved in San Diego’s real estate market for more than 25 years, with extensive experience in both commercial and residential transactions, acquisition, development, construction, rehabilitation and management. He started Cethron Property Management in 1995 and was also the former owner of Utopia Management, a local fee property management firm.
After one too many experiences with unscrupulous lenders in a real estate transaction, Adatto decided to take a stand toward consumer advocacy and founded Cethron Properties. With a strong emphasis on honest dealings, direct communication and thorough research, Adatto continues to raise the bar in his industry with a business philosophy that says,
“Customer needs come first. Always.”

Kadesh Arya is a licensed California REALTOR® for Cethron Properties (DRE#01307713) and manages customer service, training and commercial real estate transactions. He also assists clients with home showings, listings, sales and acquisitions. He has managed more than $25 million in residential and mixed-use real estate since 2000.
Prior to working with Cethron Properties, Arya exceeded sales goals for a Fortune 500 Insurance company, selling multiple lines. He also managed three businesses, achieving combined sales close to $2 million annually from 1985–1995. Arya attributes his accomplishments to thorough research of the competition and even more extensive research of his target market. He emphasizes honesty, integrity, and results to achieve financial success for his clients and himself.
Arya has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from National University.
David Adatto is a licensed California REALTOR® and Property Manager for Cethron Properties (DRE#01787927). Born and raised into a well-known Southern California real-estate family, David now heads the Los Angeles Division of Cethron Properties. David has a natural ability to guide people through difficult circumstances and to identify both short and long-term solutions. Using his skills as an educator and an orthodox rabbi since 1984, David serves the community as rabbi of Congregation Shaarey Yerushalayim in Valley Village as well as the real estate needs of those looking for someone with outstanding ethical values. David takes business ethics quite seriously and prides himself on being above-board in all aspects of his life.
David has a sincere appreciation for the challenges and opportunities inherit in the buying, selling and managing of real property. With a degree in Judaic Studies from Yeshiva University of Los Angeles along with a rabbinical degree from Jerusalem, Israel, David chose to direct his passion toward helping others with their goal of financial security through property ownership.
Heading up the Cethron Properties Team for the Los Angeles Division, David offers vast experience in real estate and client relations, with an eye toward detail. He understands the real estate needs of homebuyers and sellers. David proudly promotes Cethron’s values and business integrity. Today’s consumers are Internet savvy, up to date with real estate trends, and want a Realtor® who will walk them through the entire real estate process without ever talking down to them. David focuses his attention primarily on the San Fernando Valley area.
David manages customer service, marketing and real estate transactions for the Los Angeles Division of Cethron Properties. In addition to acting as a buyer’s representative and seller’s consultant, David draws upon his extensive experience to oversee and manage property for individual clients and serious investors.
Avi Adatto is a licensed California Real Estate Agent and Property Manager for Cethron Properties (DRE#01892121). He is an outgoing, recently licensed, real estate agent with a passion for perfection. He has spent the last year diligently studying and mastering the laws of real estate according to the California code, and interning at Cethron Property Management in San Diego, California.
While working closely with the Cethron staff, he paid close attention to what needs to be done to manage properties on a daily basis, and how to respond to emergencies and handle unique situations.
Having been raised in an environment surrounded by a family involved in the real estate business while stressing honesty in, not only business but, all aspects of life, Avi’s very foundation is based on honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
Now Avi is taking these attributes with him to join the LA branch of Cethron Properties as we expand our footprint in the greater Los Angeles market.
Elisa Ketcham is a licensed California REALTOR® and Property Manager for Cethron Properties (DRE#01854586). She was born, educated and raised right here in the Clairemont neighborhood of San Diego, has been involved in serving San Diego's real estate market for five years, here at Cethron Properties. Working as a residential property manager, a residential Realtor(R) and most recently as a commercial property manager as well, Elisa brings a wealth of experience, caring and attention to detail to all of her endeavors on our clients' behalf.
A devoted wife and mother of two amazing, wonderful and talented children, Elisa finds time to volunteer in Little League, her Church (what an incredible group of selfless women you'll find a the Reformation Evangelical Lutheran Church in Clairmont, where all are welcome!!!), the local animal shelters and San Diego beach cleanup projects.
