Rob Adatto, Principal
Rob is a San Diego native who graduated from Crawford High in 1974. Rob is very active in the community. Rob has been actively involved in San Diego real estate acquisition, development, construction, rehabilitation and management since 1979. Prior to founding Cethron Property Management in 1995, Rob was the owner of Utopia Management (a local fee property management firm), managing 553 units in 90 locations throughout the county. Rob is fluent in Spanish. Rob has been licensed with the California DRE (#01185290) since 1993.

Kadesh Arya, Property Manager
Kadesh is a long time resident of San Diego and attended Hilltop High. He attended National University while working full-time, completed his studies and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 1996. Kadesh has ten years of property management experience, and is fluent in Spanish.

Angie Nuņez, Property Manager
Angie is a San Diego native who attended Point Loma High. She speaks Spanish fluently. Angie has served as a resident manager of several apartment complexes throughout her 12-year career in property management, and continues to do so today. In addition to her business day responsibilities in Cethron's office, Angie contributes her keen eye for correcting small problems at our properties before they become big ones, thus contributing substantially to our clients' "bottom line".

Monica Falloon, Property Manager
Monica is a Sacramento native and has lived in San Diego since 1989 with her three children. Monica has over twelve years of property management experience and throughout those years she's shown a strong capacity for organizing and streamlining building operations, which has earned many thousands of dollars in net proceeds for our clients. She has served as resident manager at two apartment complexes, and continues to do so today. Monica combines her many years of on-site management experience with her strong work ethic and commitment to our properties. |

Laura Victoria, Maintenance Director
Laura is a San Diego Native raised in the south bay area. She has been a part of the Cethron's Team for over 4 years now. Laura has over 10 years of customer service experience in dealing with individual customer complaints or concerns. Laura is fluent in Spanish and is the head of Cethron's maintenance department. |

Mercedes Lovato, Front Office/Admin. Director of Leasing/Marketing
Mercedes is a Texas native who has lived in San Diego now for almost 10 years after attending the University of Texas at EP. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Business Management here in San Diego and has utilized this education experience in the Property Management field in leasing, onsite and offsite property management in multi-family residential housing, as well as in property administration in Southern California. Her experience and dedicated work ethic contribute to her strong customer service and management skills here at Cethron Property Management. |

Rosela Romaine, Property Manager
Rosela is a San Diego native, Rosela started with Cethron in October, 2004 and brought with her more than 9 years of management experience. Rosela speaks fluent Spanish, which in turn makes her a more effective property manager. That along with her excellent administrative skills and a strong customer service background makes her a vital part of the Cethron family. |

Anabel is a San Diego native. She has a strong customer service background and is fluent in Spanish. She has been in property management for two years now. She is detail orientated and committed to providing premium management of her portfolio. |

Adriana graduated from the University of Baja California with an MBA. Ms. Castro has over twenty years' experience in full charge accounting, and is fluent in Spanish. |

Karina is our front office administrator and "traffic director". Ms. Rodriguez brings strong customer service and excellent problem-solving skills to Cethron's front desk, as well as a delightful disposition. Karina is fluent in Spanish. |
