A licensed California REALTOR®, Broker and Property Manager, David heads the Los Angeles division of Cethron Property Management. He is focused and detail-oriented, with a passion toward helping others with their goal of financial security through property ownership.

David has a natural ability to guide people through difficult circumstances and to identify both short and long-term solutions. Using his skills as an educator and an Orthodox Rabbi, David takes business ethics quite seriously and prides himself on being above-board in all aspects of his life.

As Founder of Cethron Property Management, Rob considers ensuring the best customer service and providing oversight and guidance for management, analysis and brokerage his greatest contributions to Cethron’s decades of success.

Rob has been involved in investment real estate for more than 30 years, with extensive experience in both commercial and residential transactions, as well as acquisition, development, construction, rehabilitation and management.

Rob’s most treasured role at Cethron is to guide and mentor our team members to further his personal commitments to integrity, quality assurance, financial performance, risk management and outstanding analysis on behalf of each of Cethron’s clients (he REALLY expects us to “hit our numbers”…), as well as continued career enhancements for each of Cethron’s team.

Rob’s goal is to guide, promote and facilitate (not to mention, demand) professional growth of our staff and company while we serve the best interests of our clients.

Stayc Barkett® has been licensed for over 20 years in the Real Estate Industry, she provides Strategic Marketing and Transaction Management services to her clients across many Southern California rental markets. Stayc has a mortgage lending background and over 4 years working directly with Property Management. 

 

Stayc’s knowledge of the city’s geography can assist clients with any Residential Real Estate endeavors. Her portfolio ranges from Imperial Beach to Alpine, with an emphasis in the SDSU college market of single-family residence homes. Stayc is a proud supporter of the United States Military and has a wide array of military clients, who trust her with their properties while they are away from San Diego, something she is truly proud of and thankful for.

 

Stayc is a native New Yorker who migrated to San Diego for the perfect living and life balance 20+ years ago. She has a passion for everything she does and it truly reflects in all aspects of her career and family life. While not immersed in her work, she will wander off on her motorcycle for an epic adventure or she can be found poolside, cheering on her daughter during Water Polo season which never ends in southern CA. She also has two fur babies and fosters senior dogs with Lionel’s Legacy located in San Diego.
